Here at Penn State Athletics, we understand that staff members need access to their email no matter where they might travel. We provide all Athletics staff members a variety of ways to access their email while on the road. Follow these instructions to set up your mobile devices to sync with our mail server.
Office 365 Web App
The Outlook Web App allows you to view your email on a secure web page through any web browser. The interface is nearly identical to that of Microsoft Outlook.
Microsoft Outlook for PC
All Athletics-issued laptops have Microsoft Office installed on them. Opening Outlook for the first time will prompt you for your Penn State credentials. Successfully logging in will automatically set up your Penn State email. Athletics IT will help you configure your email during your first week of employment.
