Archtics says my printer is not compliant

How do I fix this?

To successfully connect to the Ticketmaster Hosted Enviornment, a valid compliant printer must be installed and configured on your PC. Your default printer cannot be any of the following:

  • Sent to One Note
  • Microsoft XPS Document Writer
  • Adobe PDF
  • Fax

You must change your default printer to an installed printer. On some machines, the compliant printer will be called “Report Printer”. On others, it might be the model number of your closest printer.

If you have a BOCA ticket printer named “ICATIX”, the default printer may be set to it. If you continue to have problems, contact Athletics IT.
