In 2012, Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics moved to what’s referred to as the Ticketmaster Hosted Environment. In short, all Ticketmaster data is now maintained on servers within Ticketmaster’s computer network and no longer here at Penn State. Because of this, the methods in which the data is accessed has changed. The following pages highlight the procedure for users to follow in connecting to the Ticketmaster Hosted Environment as well as Frequently Asked Questions you may have.
On a standalone Archtics machine, a three part login process is required.

Log into the Athletics Machine.

Log into the Hosted Ticketmaster Environment: The second login requires an account in the Ticketmaster ARC domain. To request an account or to reset a password, contact your direct supervisor. The username and password are separate and in no way related to the Athletics account in the first step.

Log into Archtics: Archtics accounts are separate from the above two accounts and are maintained by your direct supervisor.
