As an Athletics employee, you are given access to server-based storage solutions for your work. If you are a full-time employee, a storage space (U:) is given to you for your personal use. All employees get access to departmental shares (W:) to distribute files among your individual department.
Along with Office 365, all Penn State employees gain access to OneDrive. This creates a storage area for staff to share files among different university departments (e.g. between Athletics and Old Main.) For more information regarding OneDrive, click here.
