Currently at this time, profile names in Zoom may not match what you would regularly use. Individuals do not have the ability to change their Zoom display name. If you would like to change your Zoom display name, you need to contact Penn State’s Help Desk at ITServiceDesk@psu.edu.
The Penn State Zoom team is currently working towards having your Zoom profile name match your name in the Penn State directory, which will be managed within Workday.
